1. Old. Equipment is old and hasn't been properly cleaned in a very long time.
Room"B" was a little nicer but still old equipment and missing gear. Connect four game had no pieces innit at all (which made it useless) and similar issues.
Location hard to find. Lots of fun stuff. Good staff. Kids loved the place
Not impressed. Bring my kids to a lot of these places and this is low end. Place is clearly not kept up properly.
3. Not maintained. Again not clean but equipment was also not maintained properly. No balls at all in the court jump air hockey table didn't work at all and again no gear to go with it. Climbing tower Velcro tags were missing and those they had, long since stopped sticking.
To be fair to the place I'm not saying there was filth strewn about or anything like that but they need to close for a few days and do some industrial level cleaning. Scrub all the attractions down shampoo the carpets disinfect the place and restock the toys that are all missing.
My daughter had a blast at a 4th birthday party. The staff is friendly, young, and they organize the event well. Tons of activities to purge some energy. Even adults can participate. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely go back.

2. Smells. Odor nearly overwhelmed us when we walked in. Body sweat. Smelt like a locker room. No reason for that if it was properly cleaned.
