I have found a few boards in the price range of the money they gave me, however they are NOT comparable to my board, they are flimsy and have 1 out of 5 star reviews. That is not what my board is. My board was over $350 new, and I never buy things that are less than 4 stars. I always read reviews to avoid companies like this that are dishonest, and crooked.
It's grate for slime this is were. I've been trying to get crazy art glue and it is the sore I go to for glue
Now after over two weeks, still no check. in these two weeks, empty promises, calls and emails promised that didn't happen. never letting me speak with a supervisor or manager because they were "too Busy". they are sending me a check about $150 lower than I can find a comparable replacement for by the time I add shipping. They, said that my board was USED so that depreciated the value. THE WHOLE TIME THEY TOLD ME REPLACEMENT VALUE!!!! NOW THEY ARE GOING BACK ON THEIR WORD. If their markers never would've ruined my "used" board (in great condition I might add until it got stained) I never would've needed a new board.
They lied about having it to me in 2-3 days, they lied about it being replacement value, they lied about having a supervisor call me a week and a half ago. never got a call once! They inconvenienced me. They are a multi-million dollar company, who the extra bit to replace my board is probably change to them. but I am not a millionaire. I am a homeschool mom, having to spend my own money on all of my supplies, Curriculum, etc. That difference that I am going to have to pay out of my own pocket is a BIG deal to me.
Cra-z-art's WASHABLE dry erase marker's stained and ruined my white board just a couple days before I was to start homeschool for the year. I need my board to teach with. I explained the time sensitivity to them. They understood, and They accepted responsibility and said they have been having problems with the red and pink washable dry erase markers. and would replace my board at replacement value. They could have a check out to me within 2-3 days. So for me to send them pictures of the board, the markers, and a good faith estimate of what it would cost to replace. I did those things.
I am very sad to say that I bought 2 art easels today and both were missing the hinges and one was missing the ruler that holds the paper roll down. One of these were a gift and I was mortified to get a call from the mom of a sad little girl saying that pieces were missing.
My experience was 100 times betters with cra z art than crayons by crayola
They have more than failed in customer service & I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE knows, that they may be less expensive then other products, but buying their product to save money, it may end up costing you much more in the long run.
I do want to let you know, the lady did offer to let me go through their insurance, they could have an insurance adjustor out to my house, however she informed me it could be a few months before i saw a penny. That is just ridiculous. this is time sensitive.
Need to order $25.00 worth before you even ship anything??? Pathetic.
