I called and immediately got an appointment. He gave me advice on my tires, which need replacing soon. The staff is helpful in explaining things about cars to a complete novice. The prices are low compared to our normal mechanic, and there are warranties for brake service. Friendly staff and nice waiting room. Prompt service. Right next to a Dunkin Donuts.
We've brought our Ram1500 to another Midas facility and have spent hundreds of dollars in services and repairs. After visiting the Midas on Route 10 in Randolph NJ, I can honestly say, not all Midas' are the same. From the moment my wife and I entered, we were greeted warmly and all our concerns answered completely and professionally by Mrs. Veronica. The facility is clean, comfortable and easy to get to. You can bet we will continue to use them for all our vehicle needs.
