Horrible attitudes in The Bursars office. Cathy needs to stop being condescending and invalidating and answer questions with kindness. You are in a customer svc. position and should act accordingly. The Prima Dona attitude must go. The way she spoke to me was deplorable and she should not be representing CCM. I am paying you money; you should be kissing my feet and thanking me and thanking the powers that be you have a job.
Great county school. It’s a school where you need to get your education and leave as soon as you can.
Excellent 2-year college... One of the best in NJ and the US.
If I could give CCM 0 stars, I would. Right from the start I shouldn't have even applied with the $30 application (I had previously been accepted into the school, so I already payed this fee and was just taking a summer course). Next, when my 5 week online class finally started, the book store wouldn't send me my books after I had already paid for them (I work out of state), wouldn't release them to my sister to send them to me, and wouldn't let my sister buy the books since she wasn't a CCM Student!! I then had to file a claim with my bank in order to finally get a refund from them as the college only does any form of communication through email. Out of the ten times I have called them, I have gotten someone on the phone ONCE and they were extremely rude to me. Their BlackBoard system was so out of date, it only worked on Firefox, and when my course ended five weeks later, they wanted to charge ME a $5.00 fee to get my own transcripts! I have never had to deal with a school that is so inflexible, uncaring about it's students, and only cares about your money. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYONE! I don't understand how myself and others can have such awful experiences while others rate this school so highly.
This is going to be my first year. Hopefully some of these reviews can somewhat be a positive one.
