I was welcomed to their beautiful office by their friendly receptionist. It happened to be Halloween and everyone was in a festive mood and dressed for the occasion. I had already filled out my patient information online but it looked like there were iPads to use if you were not able to complete them in advance of your visit. I was about 5 minutes late and they did not make me worry at all for my tardiness. The dental hygienist, Mary, came and introduced herself to me and took me back to the exam room. We started with several x-rays, which she explained accordingly. Throughout the entire appointment we had pleasant conversation but it never felt awkward as she would wait to ask a question when she knew I would be able to respond (read: her hands weren’t in my mouth). Mary also took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Cara Seidner came in and did my exam; she was expedient and friendly, asking if I had any questions or concerns. I was able to make my 6 month appointment right in the exam room and received my goody bag of dental supplies. Mary walked me out to reception at which point I received another goody bag, being that I was a first time patient. From start to finish, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. I'm probably one of Dr. Bruce Seidners original patients, spanning a time period of over 20 years... He started in the original 447 building in Randolph New Jersey coming up from Florida. He had his original staff, and I was impressed with how above and beyond his past and present staff go the "extra mile" with his patients. April goes above and beyond in the billing department as well as handling patients needs. In over 20 years they are in their third medical arts building.
Always a Wonderful Experience when we visit Seidner Dentistry! We've been coming for Decades (my Kids were 7 & 10). Now they're Grown w/ kids of their Own & We Still Are Patients! Office Staff is so Friendly & warm, they feel like Family! Shout Out to Lori, the Best Dental Hygenist Ever! She's seen my Kids grow up, but, We stay the same!

I can't recommend this dental practice enough!! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by an extraordinary staff that is so friendly and welcoming! My dentist, Dr. Kim whom I've recommended to numerous people is the most amazing, knowledgeable, caring and sensitive dentist I've ever encountered. This is the person you want AS YOUR DENTIST!! I cannot say enough about this man's talent! So patient and so understanding, so easy to work with! And April, in finance is just as caring and accommodating as anyone could possibly be. All of the hygienists... Carol, Julie.... you bring so much to this dental practice! You're all THE BEST! All of the staff are just amazing. The office is very clean, the waiting area is chock full of all the comforts... computer, coffee, any magazine you could imagine, and even complimentary umbrellas if it should rain during your appointment. The front desk staff knows you by name the minute you walk in! Mindy, all of you bring so much to make this the best dental practice on the east coast. And.... my teeth look fabulous!!
